Leesburg celebrates America's 250th anniversary with its biggest Star Spangled Spectacular yet at Ski Beach in Venetian Gardens (201 Lake Harris Dr). Starting at 4 PM: live music from Groove Infusion, free carnival rides and games, food and cold drinks, and the Leesburg Boat Club flagpole dedication at 4:30. The night caps off with a breathtaking fireworks display over Lake Harris at 9 PM — viewing spots all along the lakefront, so bring lawn chairs and blankets. Free admission and free rides make this one of Lake County's best family nights of the year.
