🚴 Cycling — The South Lake Trail
Minneola is a cyclist's paradise. The South Lake Trail's main trailhead sits in Minneola, and the city's hilly terrain offers a genuinely challenging and rewarding riding experience that you won't find anywhere else in Florida's flat interior.

Minneola's Rolling Hills
The ridge system through Minneola provides climbs of 60–80 feet — modest by national standards, but genuinely challenging for Florida and thrilling to descend. The area around Monteverde Road, Pine St, and the hilltop neighborhoods offers some of the most scenic road cycling in the region. This is why Minneola hosts cycling events and training camps.
